In order to support the physical fitness aspect of the Adaptive Fitness Model, we encourage anyone to participate in aerobic and weight training. During your stay at Adaptive Center you have membership to and access to the fitness center located directly across the street from our center. Regular exercise of any sort is encouraged and is proven to have the following benefits to addiction recovery:
Exercise increases endorphin levels and helps battle depression, anxiety and withdrawal.

Your daily exercise routine is part of the life rhythm therapy offered at Adaptive Center.
